Your mission

You will play a crucial role in realizing our growth ambitions in Spain. Together with the Country Marketing Manager New Markets, you are the driving force behind the planning, implementation and execution of the overall Spanish marketing strategy and execution. You facilitate the Sales team in obtaining more business through lead generation programs, continuous attention to brand visibility and providing local customer and market insights. Because online performance is so important, you will actively participate in sales and marketing operations and therefore this role has a strategic, a tactical and an operational dimension. You are able to storytell in excellent Spanish and English languages, verbally and in writing - to cover all aspects of content development and you will be based in Valencia.

This position is designed as a strategic stepping stone. As our Spanish market expands, we envision developing this role into a dedicated Country Marketing Manager position. Your responsibilities in a bit more detail

· Helping to developing, implementing and managing the Spanish marketing strategy and marketing plan and associated budgets & KPIs in collaboration with the Country Marketing Manager New Markets, linked to objectives of the Group and the Spanish market.

· Sparring partner to the Country Marketing Manager New Markets in translating the global marketing strategy to the Spanish market.

· Ensure successful lead generation and brand visibility within defined online and offline channels (design, implementation, monitoring, optimisation).

· Developing, implementing, adjusting and analysing digital marketing campaigns arising from the commercial calendar (brand and lead generation) in collaboration with (int.) colleagues.

· Enriching marketing campaigns with convincing content such as blogs, videos and self-created customer stories, in Spanish language.

· Manage our social media and develop posts that appeal to our target audience.

· Responsible for the correct deployment of all Spanish marketing information systems, including CMS, tooling for email marketing & marketing automation, customer review tooling, social media management, web analytics, Google Datastudio and online advertising systems.

· Carrying out local customer, trend and market research. Analysing insights, sharing and directing improvement programs in the customer journey.

· Contribute to cross-departmental projects based on subject expertise.

· Continuously following developments in the marketing field and proactively sharing with other team members.

· Maintaining relationships, managing external partners and agencies.

· Sharing best practices, proactively working together to achieve goals with MT, Group Marketing Officer and other BauWatch functions.

· Managing Spanish marketing with a focus on the customer, building a strong brand, optimizing processes and campaigns and stimulating cooperation.

Job requirements

You are thrilled to capture the entire Marketing world of responsibilities- from brand, communications, content, PR, event to lead generation- in a data & analytics manner. You roll up your sleeves, you don't wait for others to take actions but take your own initiative and get things done. You give colour, passion and shape to this role and accompany us in turning the BauWatch story into an even bigger success story. You manage your projects independently in close cooperation with the marketing team and in project teams. On top you stand for team spirit, social competence and initiative in a hands-on mentality?

You fit even better to the role when you provide the following:

· At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position.

· Bachelor degree in economics or similar area in the field of Marketing or Business Administration.

· Proven experience in developing and implementing B2B campaigns, both brand and lead generation driven.

· Proven track record in lead generation, data-driven work and conversion optimization.

· Able to gain and interpret data & analytics in the operation and independently build KPI dashboards in Google Data Studio.

· Experience in managing an agency.

· Experience implementing and using common marketing management tools such as Salesforce, lemlist, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, SEMrush etc.

· Experience in managing events, fairs and conferences.

· Native Spanish speaker; Catalan is a plus. Excellent English language skills, verbally and in writing.

· Self-starter and excellent communication and presentation skills.
