Based in our Milan office and reporting on the Operations function, we are looking for a Logistics Planner to join our dynamic Operations Team.

As a Logistics Planner, you'll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various logistical activities related to the deployment and collection of the company’s towers. This includes prioritizing, scheduling, and executing transport, installations, and pick-ups for the security solutions provided to customers. Additionally, you'll manage the inventory of towers and handle internal logistics, ensuring the smooth movement of towers between warehouses. Your role will be critical in ensuring timely deliveries, efficient operations, and maintaining a well-organized supply chain for the company's tower operations.

Key Tasks to Include:

  • Manage and monitor local stock levels to ensure material availability for all operational activities and maintain accurate inventory data and documentation in the relevant systems.

  • Coordinate procurement and replenishment processes to avoid shortages and delays.

  • Communicate proactively with clients to schedule pick-ups, installations, service interventions, and resolve technical or operational issues (e.g., power failures).

  • Plan and coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling truck drivers and managing external logistics partners.

  • Receive, assess, and prioritize requests related to transport, positioning, installation, repairs, and material orders and monitor and adjust the operational schedule as needed in collaboration with team members and customers.

  • Prepare and update regular reports on planning performance, service KPIs, and inventory levels to support management in data-driven decision-making.

  • Recommend and contribute to the implementation of improvements in workflows, tools, and procedures and in logistical processes and systems.

  • Support team members in administrative and backup activities when required.

  • Ensure data accuracy for all project, planning, and stock-related information.

  • Stay current with industry trends and company processes through self-study and participation in training programs.
