We are looking for a inside Sales Specialist – Pruszków .
The Role
As an Inside Sales Specialist you will generate quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. The Inside Sales Specialist responsibilities include updating the CRM system on a regular basis, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, as well as attending industry events and educational workshops as required. You should also be able to conduct research on market trends and competitors' products.
Key responsibilities and duties?
Administration:
Place orders for office supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Communicate with subcontractors and manage ongoing correspondence.
Oversee document control and contract management.
Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents
Inside Sales:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the database.
Engage with customers on LinkedIn and manage correspondence.
Assist in translating marketing content as needed.
Financial Support:
Help with payment reminders to customers and issue invoices.
Ensure the accuracy of customers data and maintain up-to-date records.
Customer Care:
Assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have, providing timely and effective solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to all customers.
Job requirements
To be successful as an Inside Sales executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals. Ultimately, a top performing Inside Sales Specialist should be enthusiastic and customer-oriented, able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.
What do we expect from you?
At least 1-3 years of work experience in Inside Sales and/or Marketing; ideally in a startup/growth environment
Proficiency in English (B1 level).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
