About The Role
Based within the BauWatch ARC Hayfield Business Park, Auckley, Doncaster DN9 3FL and working within the fast-growing BauWatch Operations and ARC team, we’re looking for a Video Expert to join our expanding operations and fulfilment team.
As a Video Expert, you’ll work from the monitoring centre with the aim to support the monitoring and response of security issues and incidents using a range of systems. To provide a professional and efficient service to all responses following company procedures and using initiative.
Your role is key to delivering our brand promise of outstanding customer satisfaction and service, so a customer-focused attitude is imperative!
Key Tasks to Include:
Close communication with our customers and internal specialist departments
Written and telephone correspondence with customers.
Creating and maintaining customer data
Clarifying concerns or questions for the optimal processing of the customer order
Resolving customer concerns or forwarding them to the relevant department
Observing work instructions and the applicable customer-specific regulations for our clients
analysis of the alarm triggers behaviour of our camera systems
Processing technical tickets to optimize our security solutions.
Programming detection areas in the video analysis software
Drawing new placement detection areas
Tower function test daily
Processing of "false report" faults
Checking the placed towers, the day before
Edit video material (only if required)
Drawing of tower relocation by customer/ BW
3 monthly check (Quality)
Process returns
Working across various systems and platforms (full training provided)
Log and process customer queries
What’s On Offer:
· Salary: £27,500-29,000 per annum
Competitive overtime rates
Working pattern, 08.30-17.00 Monday to Friday

Job requirements
About You
SC level or above Government security clearance (or willing to obtain this upon appointment to role)
Analyse: Ability to analyse available information, determine the root cause and establish the appropriate response and escalation to each incident
Ability to use technology: Competent working knowledge of Word, Excel and all other Microsoft applications. Experience of CCTV cameras and the security industry.
