Job description

Are you ready to position our innovative services & products in the market and drive adoption across Europe as our Product Marketeer?

We are on a mission to evolve from a security provider into the indispensable operational partner for our customers. You will be a key driver of our product marketing strategy, working in close partnership with the Product Owners, marketing team, and commercial stakeholders to bring our digital customer experience and hardware portfolio to market. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking and hands-on execution, where you’ll shape how we position, launch, and enable sales of our products across European markets.

As Product Marketeer, it is crucial that you are strategic, commercially savvy, and deeply customer-focused. You balance autonomy with collaboration, knowing when to drive initiatives forward independently and when to seek input from Product Owners, fellow Product Marketeers, and commercial teams. You thrive in cross-functional environments and understand the best outcomes come from leveraging diverse expertise across the organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Product Launch & Go-to-Market: Lead end-to-end launch strategies for new products and features, developing comprehensive go-to-market frameworks in close collaboration with Product Owners & commercial stakeholders. Run market demand tests and product launch campaigns that drive adoption and revenue growth.

Competitive Intelligence & Positioning: Monitor competitive landscape and positioning of competitor product positioning. Provide actionable competitive intelligence to Product Owners and commercial teams. Develop and challenge value propositions and product positioning in collaboration with Product Owners and the Group Pricing Manager

Sales Enablement: Enable sales teams across Europe by developing and maintaining sales collateral, battle cards, product demos, and training materials. Translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions that resonate with site managers and on-site personnel.

Customer research: Deeply understand the needs of our users (corporate roles, site managers and on-site personnel) through market research, customer interviews, and win/loss analysis. Develop buyer personas and ensure our product messaging addresses real customer pain points.

Performance measurement & review: Define, implement and measure based on product marketing performance metrics (such as product adoption, sales win rates, and market penetration) to evaluate the commercial success of products and features. Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approaches

Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships across Product, Sales, and Group Marketing teams. Champion product marketing priorities while being a strong team player who values cross-functional collaboration and input from diverse perspectives.

Job requirements

You are a high-energy, highly-driven and experienced product marketeer. You have a strong can-do mentality, a positive mindset, and come from a high-growth background with tangible proof points in your career. Preferably you have a strong international background, but still good understanding of the European environment

Core competencies:

Market & customer expertise: Proven ability to understand market dynamics, buyer behavior and competitive positioning. Strong track record of using data and customer to inform product, sales & marketing decisions.

Collaboration & influence: Excelling at building relationships and working across teams. You energize others, build trust with Product Owners and commercial stakeholders, and know how to drive alignment without formal authority. You value input from others while maintaining strategic direction.

Go-to-Market Execution: Strong bias for action with ability to translate strategy into actionable launch plans, sales enablement materials, and measurable results. Experience running product launches and go-to-market programs through sales and marketing activities.  

Commercial acumen: with good understanding of P&L structures and return calculations

Communication: Exceptional communication skills across all levels – from creating compelling sales materials to presenting to C-suite executives. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into customer value.  

Technical interest: Comfortable discussing product features, integration, and technical capabilities with Product Owners and technical teams to translate them into commercial value propositions.

 

Background requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Marketing or Marketing in a high-paced, fast-growth environment, preferably in a B2B, SaaS or agency environment.

  • Fluent English (C1/C2-level), additional languages are a plus

  • Higher education (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent)
