We are looking for a Monitoring Centre Operator (Pruszków).
About the position:
As a video surveillance centre operator, you will oversee alarm signals in the control centre, monitoring and responding to security incidents using a range of systems. You will provide a professional and efficient service by responding to all incidents in accordance with company procedures.
Your role is key to delivering our brand promise of exceptional customer satisfaction and service levels, so a mindset of very good customer service is essential.
Key tasks to be performed:
- Operate and monitor all systems within the Video Surveillance Centre and ensure an efficient and prompt response to alarms in accordance with company operating procedures, legislation and guidelines.
- Liaising with the police, other security agencies and staff to coordinate appropriate emergency response.
- Reporting all incidents and actions taken in a clear, legible and accurate written format.
- Providing an efficient and courteous telephone service and responding effectively to all enquiries.
- Reporting equipment failures to maximise full system operation. Recording any incidents that occur on the security infrastructure system.
- Maintaining information security in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- Performing any other duties that may be assigned in relation to the role.
Job requirements
Our requirements:
- No criminal record
- Customer service: Call centre or administrative experience required.
- Analytical: Ability to analyse available information, determine root cause and determine appropriate response for each incident.
- Technology literacy: Knowledge of MS Office programs. Experience of CCTV cameras and the security industry.
- Quality oriented: Commitment to achieving and maintaining intended quality.
- Solution focus: Problem solving in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Team player: Excellent interpersonal skills that promote mutual communication.
- Self-reliance: Ability to do one's own work properly and solve problems without the supervision of others.
- Customer orientation: Responding to the needs of the client and choosing an appropriately adapted working method.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing environments, working methods, working hours, tasks and responsibilities.
