About The Role

As Operations Team Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and effective running of our depot in location on a day to day basis. You will have the right technical knowledge to analyse and resolve any issues that might arise with our products when they’re on site – whether that’s at set up, or during the period of hire. You will be responsible for the management of the Service Technicians and Drivers, ARC (alarm receiving centre) Specialists, Customer Service and Planner and you’ll work closely with roles and other members of the Team to attend to customer’s queries and requests.

Job requirements

Key Tasks to Include:

· Ensuring all the activities are carried out safely and in compliance with the policies and procedures laid out, including raising any concerns on safety with the Managing Director.

· Reporting accurately and on time on activities and provide relevant management information as required.

· Responsible for the task management and performance of the Service Technicians and Drivers on a day-to-day basis.

· Developing and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

· Accountability for all engineering matters onsite regardless of discipline.

· Interact with and motivate the workforce.

· Keep up-to-date the necessary professional knowledge through self-study and participation in training sessions.

· Planning, organizing and optimizing recurrent and ad hoc Dept activities.

· Carry out inspections of installations in accordance with the applicable standards

· Managing the local stock supplies, including the timely ordering of necessary materials for the work to be carried out.

· Ensure order and cleanliness at the workplace and in the service car/truck.

· Customer liaison and communications link to other colleagues, including looking for opportunities for business development, and ensuring correct and complete customer paperwork.

· Full compliance with all H&S requirements, including use of correct PPE at all times.

· Guarantee our rapid deployment CCTV security systems.

· Recurrent activities set up planning and execution coordination.

· Actively participating to Group meeting and activities

About You
