Talent Acquisition Specialist Freelance (H/F)

As part of the Recruitment team, you take responsibility for delivering first class Recruitment services to the France and Belgium (Waloon Region & Luxembourg) organizations. You will work closely with the HR team and actively contribute to the rapid growth as well as further development of the Recruitment & Employer capabilities in close cooperation with the Group Recruitment Officer.

In addition to the regular Recruitment activities, you are asked to contribute to the further development of the HRM policy for the BauWatch Group. A wide range of activities where you can show your talent. Early signaling, sharp analysis and clear reporting are qualities that you possess. Working at BauWatch means working in a pleasant, dynamic and sometimes hectic international environment.

In short we expect from you:

• Fill all actual and future roles in our France & Belgium organization

• Ensuring the smooth running of all operational Recruitment activities

• Continuous development, standardization and harmonization of Recruitment & on-boarding processes

• Participation and roll out of growth projects on group level (diversity, equity & inclusion, implementation of HR IT tools, employer branding, etc.)

• Creation of Recruitment reports

We believe our Corporate Recruiter is or has:

• People-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team in a multicultural environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a confident demeanor

• Out of the box thinking and drive coupled with pragmatism and hands-on mentality

• A successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on psychology, economics, a comparable degree or a completed apprenticeship in the human resources field with corresponding further qualification is desirable

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an operational and generalist Recruitment function

• Sound knowledge of France labor law

• Curiosity and pleasure in learning

• Very good written and spoken French (Native) and English skills
