What are you going to do as an ARC Specialist?

As our ARC Specialist, you take a central role in shaping the future of BauWatch’s Alarm Receiving Centers (ARCs) across Europe. You design and implement continuous improvement roadmaps that drive high levels of performance and efficiency. You coordinate training, develop standards and SLAs, and work closely with ARC teams across different countries in an international environment. At the same time, you help drive digitalization and automation, turning data into action and ensuring our monitoring operations become faster, smarter, and more consistent.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Standardisation

  • Build and execute continuous improvement roadmaps that raise operational standards and customer experience.

  • Define and track performance KPIs that drive world-class service levels and zero-incident culture.

  • Analyse processes to identify and eliminate inefficiencies across all ARCs.

Automation & Digitalisation

  • Drive high levels of automation across ARC workflows to reduce manual interventions and increase accuracy.

  • Work with several stakeholder to build automation agents and data-driven monitoring tools.

  • Use analytics to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact.

 Continuous Improvement & Lean Culture

  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions with ARC teams.

  • Apply Lean and DPM tools to improve incident handling, response time, and service quality.

  • Support cultural change towards a mindset of “First Time Right.”

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs across countries to build capability and consistency.

  • Develop and share best practices that strengthen ARC professionalism and collaboration.

  • Build a community of practice to enhance learning and engagement

Strategic & Internal Collaboration

  • Act as the link between the different ARCs, ensuring alignment and synergy.

  • Help define the right international partner structure and develop clear service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Collaborate closely with Group Functions (IT, Product Management, and BauWatch Technology) and local leadership to deliver integrated solutions

You will report directly to the OpEx Leader and work closely with ARC Managers and Group Functions.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience working in an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) or similar monitoring environment.

  • Proven track record in improving operational processes and service quality.

  • Strong analytical skills; able to translate ARC data and workflows into practical improvements.

  • Experience with digital tools and process automation in operational environments.

  • Experience working in an international, multi-site environment.

  • Willingness to travel between BauWatch locations in Europe.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus.

  • Hands-on, pragmatic, enthusiastic, and eager to make impact.
