About the job
Located in the El Oliveral industrial park in Riba-roja de Túria, Valencia, and working within the fast-growing operations and compliance team at BauWatch ES, we are looking for an Internal Service Engineer to join our expanding team.
As an Internal Service Engineer, you will work from the office performing daily remote checks on all CCTV cameras we have at different sites, identifying and planning the resolution of any technical issues that arise during the rental period.
You will work closely with our Operations Coordinator and other members of the operations team to handle customer queries remotely using our innovative technology. If the issue requires a site visit, you will collaborate with the internal team to ensure that a Technical Service Engineer is dispatched to the customer's premises and resolves the issue efficiently based on your analysis and guidance.
Your role is critical to delivering on our brand promise of exceptional customer satisfaction and service, so a customer-focused attitude is essential.
Key tasks to include:
Provide necessary support to Technical Service Engineers during the installation of our CCTV security systems.
Be the first point of contact to identify faults or technical issues and determine the appropriate solution tailored to the customer's needs.
Use technological resources and your own experience to resolve issues remotely, and inform relevant colleagues if a visit is required for resolution.
Follow up on incidents with our development team to ensure the best performance of our equipment.
Perform all types of periodic remote maintenance.
Keep your knowledge of our system up to date through self-learning and participation in training sessions.
Support other departments and perform tests in the development of new products and systems.
Manage customer relationships and act as a point of contact with other colleagues, including seeking business opportunities and ensuring the correct and complete management of customer documentation.
Comply fully with health and safety requirements, including the use of appropriate PPE at all times.
When not performing core duties, be able to collaborate with other colleagues in the process of required activities.
Occasional project visits may be required depending on customer demand or team resources (e.g., vacation coverage or large orders).
Ability to improve internal processes and create new ones to improve department efficiency.
Incident management in accordance with the response times established by the company.
Job requirements
About you
Ability to use technology: General ability to use MS Office and other programs. Basic knowledge of networks is an advantage.
Technical skills: Experience in using tools and technology to achieve results. Experience with CCTV cameras and the security industry would be an advantage.

Willingness to travel: Full driver's license and use of a suitable vehicle for customer visits if required, although this is primarily an office-based position.
Languages: B2 level English is an advantage.
