We are looking to employ an enthusiastic, sales focused and customer oriented Inside Sales (m/f/d based in Valencia) to generate quality outbound leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries.
The Role
The Inside Sales' responsibilities include cold calling, updating the CRM system on a regular basis, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, as well as attending industry events and educational workshops as required. You should also be able to conduct research on market trends and competitors' products.
To be successful as an Inside Sales, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals. Ultimately, you should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.
Job requirements
Proactively identify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting calls and email outreach.
Follow up on sales inquiries from prospective customers across multiple channels.
Contact prospects by phone or email to answer questions and gather any missing information.
Conduct online meetings with prospects and arrange face-to-face meetings between prospects and sales representatives.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers by providing excellent after-sales support.
Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
Advise customers on selecting the right products based on their needs and specifications.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline that accurately reflects prospects’ stage in the buying process.
Collaborate on and support BauWatch marketing activities, such as running call campaigns, delivering company presentations, and attending trade fairs.
Track commercial opportunities to ensure a lasting customer–company relationship by responding to partners’ and customers’ needs.
Advise the inside sales team on market opportunities and threats and suggest potential adjustments to the sales strategy based on experience and collected data.

Formal qualifications
· Sales experience: Outbound sales, business development, lead generation, telemarketing or telesales experience (minimum 3 years)
o Experience of lead/appointment generation campaigns, measurement, targeting and lead process management
· Network: You have an existing network in construction, rental and/or security industry (preferred, but not essential)
· Technical skills:
o Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
o Preferably experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
· Language skills:
o Native Spanish speaker,
o Advanced (conversational) English skills for internal communication,
· Driver’s license: Full, valid driving license
