Job description
As a Inside Sales Specialist you will play a key role in supporting the Inside Sales team in developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the optimization of sales strategies. The role combines lead generation, contact management, and operational sales support, with a strong focus on leveraging digital and innovative tools to enhance commercial effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Build trust and collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, promoting offered services, and ensuring long-lasting commercial relationships.
Play a central role in the lead generation process by contacting potential customers, both inbound and outbound, and developing opportunities arising from marketing and sales events.
Generate interest and engagement among prospects through personalized messages, using various communication channels (email, phone, social media).
Collaborate with the Sales team to share best practices, identify improvement opportunities, and support the adoption of innovative strategies and tools.
Technical Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Sales teams to define actions and continuously improve commercial strategies and analyze market data and trends.
Support the standardization and implementation of commercial best practices in collaboration with branches and Sales teams across different European countries.
Use the web and social networks, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to identify new business opportunities and gather information on market trends, competitors, and the sector.
Plan and coordinate tasks and meetings for the Sales team, keep the Salesforce CRM up to date with all relevant contact, opportunity, and activity information.
Job requirements
To be successful as an Inside Sales executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals. Ultimately, a top performing Inside Sales Specialist should be enthusiastic and customer-oriented, able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.
What do we expect from you?
At least 1-3 years of work experience in Inside Sales and/or Marketing; ideally in a startup/growth environment
Preferably previous experience of work or relationships in the construction, renewables or security industry
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
Preferably experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
Native Italian, Advanced (conversational) English skills for internal communication
