We are looking for a Key Account Manager Critical Infrastructure – Warsaw.

The Role

As Key Account Manager Critical Infrastructure, you will be responsible for establishing, managing, and expanding strategic relationships with key customers in the Polish market. You will be the link between BauWatch and its customers. You will work closely with your BauWatch colleagues to establish strategic partnerships, focusing on increasing customer satisfaction, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving growth objectives.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing key accounts and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Targets : Meeting KPI’s such as revenue, number of visits, offers, calls

  • New Business: Actively identifying and approaching potential key accounts to increase BauWatch's market share.

  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing account strategies to achieve BauWatch's commercial objectives.

  • Sales Cycle: Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to after-sales, including negotiating contracts and terms.

  • Collaboration and Consulting: Collaborating with internal teams, such as business development, marketing, inside & field sales, and product development, to develop the most suitable solutions for customers.

  • Reporting: Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on account progress, market developments, and achieved results.

  • Forecasting: Identifying future projects and presenting them in a forecast.

  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitoring market developments and trends to identify customer needs and new opportunities.

  • Branding: Participating in leading trade fairs, particularly in the field of critical infrastructure.

In this role, you will report to the Country Manager Poland and will be based in Warsaw.

Job requirements

Your Profile

  • Education: At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a B2B environment; experience in security, construction, or technical services is a plus.

  • Commercial Skills: Excellent negotiation skills and proven experience successfully closing large contracts.

  • Networking and Relationships: A strong network in the construction and/or security industry is a plus.

  • Analytical and Strategic Insight: The ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.

  • Language Proficiency: Native Polish, English.

  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel regularly within Poland and possibly abroad for client visits.
