Job description
As a tender specialist, you will help position our products and professional services where people want their projects secured and have high expectations of the service.
Your responsibilities:
Tender Identification: You identify relevant tenders on public and private platforms.
Document Preparation: You compile all relevant information for participating in the tender and ensure that our offer is complete and accurate.
Contract Review: You will (assist) in contract reviews.
Tender Process Coordination: You act as the interface between the departments and independently coordinate the submission of the tender documents.
Customer Service: During the tender process, you are the central contact for our customers' inquiries.
Market Analysis: You analyse the market for new relevant segments and keep an eye on our competitors.
Creativity and Innovation: You benefit from your creativity and shape the tender area according to your ideas and vision.
Job requirements
Your profile:
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of tender processes and a legal background. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we look forward to receiving your application!
Job Requirements:
In-depth knowledge (at least 2 to 3 years) of tendering practices: you understand the differences in tenders and are familiar with relevant laws and regulations, have experience in complex quotation processes
Ability to manage and optimize tender documentation
Excellent knowledge of procurement platforms
Accuracy – eye for detail, structured working method and good ability to set priorities
Understanding how to communicate clearly and understandably with the client, the team, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
Analytical skills
Legal background/education
Business acumen: understanding of the costs and benefits of tenders and focus on the profitability of tenders
A knowledge of the construction or security industry is a strong plus
In addition to very good Italian skills, advanced English skills are needed
A strong motivation to further advance the BauWatch team with own ideas and lead to shared success
