About The Role

As our Junior Admin you will support the Sales and Admin teams in the efficient administration of contract and required documentation. Ensure proper documentation, compliance with contract requirements, and accurate filing of customer records while assisting in day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist sales teams in executing contract and RFQ-related activities.

  • Prepare and submit complete documentation for formal proposals.

  • Ensure all customer contract files are maintained, organized, and finalized.

  • Track, download, and upload documents within customer-specific portals and internal systems.

  • Provide general administrative support to facilitate smooth contract execution.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve documentation or compliance issues.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Verify compliance of contract documentation against requirements.

  • Manage document filing systems and ensure accessibility of customer records.

  • Operate customer portals and internal platforms to upload, download, and track documentation.

  • Assist in monitoring deadlines and contract lifecycle activities.

  • Support reporting and data entry related to contracts and RFQs.

Job requirements

To be successful you should be persuasive and committed to achieving excellent customer experience. Ultimately, a top Commercial Backoffice should be enthusiastic and customer-oriented, able to demonstrate strong communication skills and an service oriented mindset at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic understanding of contract administration is a plus.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn document management systems.

  • Team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
