Job description

As a Commercial Back Office Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial operations and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams. You will manage customer data and contracts, use Salesforce to register and monitor sales activities, and collaborate closely with the sales team, the administration department, and the Business Support Manager.

Main responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in daily operations and customer follow-up

  • Manage and update customer and sales data in Salesforce

  • Record and track sales activities and customer interactions

  • Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation and reports

  • Collaborate with the sales, admin, and business support teams to ensure efficient internal communication and workflow

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and partners

  • Contribute to improving internal processes and data accuracy

Job requirements

To be successful you should be persuasive and committed to achieving excellent customer experience. Ultimately, a top Commercial Backoffice should be enthusiastic and customer-oriented, able to demonstrate strong communication skills and an service oriented mindset at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a back office, sales administration, or commercial support role

  • Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM systems)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken)

  • Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
