As an Application Administrator (Salesforce) at BauWatch Group, you play a key role at the heart of our digital organization. You ensure that our core business applications – Salesforce and SAPbyDesign – run smoothly and fully support the daily needs of our colleagues across different countries.

In this role, you’ll face a wide variety of challenges every day. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues within Salesforce, provide user support, and maintain the quality of our internal services in line with defined service levels. You’ll also test and evaluate solutions provided by external consultants to ensure they seamlessly fit our business processes.

Your focus goes beyond the issues of today. By identifying and analyzing bottlenecks in our systems and integrations (such as Outsystems), you actively contribute to long-term improvements. You’ll record findings and solutions in TopDesk, write knowledge base articles for your colleagues, and maintain close contact with external partners to continuously optimize our applications.

We’re looking for someone with a completed IT education and proven experience in managing Salesforce environments. You know how to support users, solve issues, and implement improvements within the platform. Knowledge of SAPbyDesign, ITIL, and experience with ticketing systems are a plus. Most importantly, you’re analytical, keep calm under pressure, and work independently toward sustainable solutions.

As an Application Administrator, it’s important that you are a strong communicator, customer-oriented, and passionate about technology. You take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues and strive to deliver excellent service to all users.

Your profile:
· You have at least 3 years of experience with Salesforce.
· You hold a Salesforce Administrator certificate, have experience with AgentForce, and preferably a Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant certificate
· You are skilled in managing and troubleshooting application-related issues
· You have solid knowledge of IT systems and software applications
· You are able to collaborate effectively with teams across different departments
· You possess excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
· You have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· You have knowledge of database management and SQL queries
