We are looking for a Business Developer to work in the Madrid area.
The Role
As Business Developer in our core team you are a cornerstone to realize our growth ambitions in Spain. You will focus on penetrating the market with our wired scout device in the construction sites in Madrid center thru an intense prospection activity (cold visits). You will be working closely with our direct sales and marketing team and supporting marketing activities, e.g. by giving company presentations and attending trade fairs. Your role is key to delivering our brand promise of outstanding customer satisfaction and service, so a customer-focused attitude is imperative!
What are your responsibilities and duties?
Directly responsible for driving sales growth / business development by acquiring new customers and following-up on marketing leads
Work with and contribute to the performance of marketing activities of BauWatch such as carrying out telephone campaigns, giving company presentations and attending trade fairs.
acquisition of new customers by intens prospecting and visiting potential customers.

Formal qualifications
Sales experience: Senior secondary vocational education with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Happy to travel around Spain: Some overnight stays may be required (paid expenses and overtime)
Experience or interest to visit construction sites:
Previous experience of work or relationships in the construction industry
Ideally TPC certification
Technology skills:
Good knowledge of MS Office programs;
Preferably experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
Preferably experience with ERP systems, such as SAP
Language skills:
Native Spanish speaker,
Advanced (conversational) English skills for internal communication,
Divers license: Full, valid driving license
